Wasted Ink Zine Distro is launching a crowd-funding campaign For the Love of Zines. We need to raise $10,000 by February 28 to support the work of WIZD's 10th year, including the production of our tenth annual PHX Zine Fest, Arizona’s largest zine festival that brings together DIY small press enthusiasts, readers, and artists. This is where you come in.
Your contribution directly supports:
❤️ Production costs for PHX Zine Fest
❤️ Summer overhead for our zine headquarters
❤️ Maintenance for our zine printers
No gift is too small or too large. Any amount grants you access to our For the Love of Zines event, featuring a curation of zine vendors, themed photo booth, bracelet making station, musical acts, and a live HeARTbreak and HOEtry reading and open mic. This afternoon and evening event is great to bring your best friend to or your sweetheart!

Established in 2015, Wasted Ink is a distribution center for zines, resources/info, and funds in Phoenix, AZ that provides international distribution, printing services, the annual PHX Zine Fest, and an extensive zine library - all dedicated to uplifting voices of historically marginalized creators who are Black, Indigenous, People of Color, LGBTQIA+, disabled, chronically ill, or neurodivergent.
Self-publishing has always been a form of resistance and subversion, allowing writers and artists to speak directly to their lived experiences while shaping their culture. Wasted Ink aims to honor this tradition and support as many zinesters as possible in utilizing the freedom of the press.
Wasted Ink collaborates in community with SATURNHEX and Shut Eye Press at Paper Jam + Print and many local and national partners!
