"I'm a comic creator living in Phoenix, AZ. Originally from Iowa, I create comics which are informed by my own experiences growing up queer and working class in the midwest, wrestling with mental health, learning to trust my own guts, and other normal human stuff"
"My comics are primarily self-published as personal zines through my own Lost Projects Press, where I’ve published various mini-comic projects since 2016

Before earning my Bachelors of Arts from University of Arizona and ever since then, I have made, taught and shared art with people of all ages. This past 1/2 decade through non- profit arts volunteer organization, teaching Middle School + High School Art and doing the occasional freelance illustration work

More recently I studied Comics at the Sequential Artists Workshop based in Gainesville Florida + won the Arizona Commission on the Art's Research and Development Grant in 2022 to focus on said work

Currently, I am attempting to balance illustrating a few dreamy graphic novel projects, quilting through my fabric hoard and gardening in the valley of the sun. I am a parent, keeping company with my lovely husband, our rambunctious 1 year old child and darling rescue dog who have all been known to grace a comic or two"

Themes include: Working Class, queerness, parenting, Coming of Age, mental health, music
