PZF '24: Blood Pen Magazine

Blood Pen Magazine is a work of post-art, anti-cultural absurdism. It's a monochrome poetry and art zine that uses gore and violence as metaphor for the struggles of existing in a world that often hates us.

"Blood Pen Magazine is a mini zine I have been working on regularly for 6 years. I am up to issue 27. It's me trying to turn my pain into art. But it's also just ideas I think are interesting. It's altered and edited public domain art paired with original writing.It's always been monochrome, at first out of necessity and then it became the style I liked. I also make stickers, patches, greeting cards, and framed art."

Themes include: Mental health, pain, absurdism
