Rat House is a collab project by friends, Jessie and Miles. Together we create zines in our unique styles, overlapping to share our stories. Our zines are a reflection of our varied experiences and experiments with different mediums. Jessie creates a variety of mini zines and perzines based on different interests and experiences. Currently the lineup of zines include info about mycelium networks, Dia de los Muertos, the health benefits of karaoke, how to host a park hang, local abortion resources. Working on a couple new perzines that should be ready by zine fest on dating in your 30s, and a personal abortion experience.
Miles is new to the zine world and has a few zines based on pop culture references and digital art techniques. Together they've created a zine about their experience with rats (roof rats infesting their home and people who have 'ratted' on them in some way).
