"I'm a chronically ill, perimenopausal, bisexual, Filipino American, genderqueer woman who enjoys telling, hearing/seeing, and sharing my and my many communities' stories through zines, whether it's a ghost story, a piece of visual art, or an essay about gender identity." "My core zines, Birlzine 1-4, are collections of art, writing, and resources by and for masc-leaning women, distributed for free in print and digital format. I also have a large variety of perzines about life as a bisexual, plus-sized, perimenopausal, Filipino American woman. I have zines featuring paranormal writing collabs and am designing esoteric (witchy) zines geared toward new practitioners. I have zines collecting my art and photos, and in expanding my resource zine series geared toward women going through perimenopause and other issues of aging, including caring for your heart, coping with hair loss, and navigating physical intimacy. I'm also working on a zine about loss, death, change, and grieving it all."
