Sola Habibi is an emerging writer, organizer, and intersectional feminist learning about healing through community and personal experience. Born in Ecuador. Raised in Marin County. A Palestinian- Ecuadorian-Italian sweetheart; Sola Habibi is a non-binary queer living a community-centered life in the Bay Area, CA. Sola will be presenting four Care Economy zines and a newly published book, ‘The Care Economy Manifesto - An Entrepreneur’s Guide for Cultivating Care and Community.’ The Care Economy Manifesto and zines are a record of seven community- centered events w/ 80+ participants held in 2022 and 2023 in Oakland, CA.
Additionally, Sola will be sharing two dystopian nonfiction zines set in San Francisco and Portland, as well as three pieces on communication, vulnerability, and mental & reproductive health.
