 A picture of all of the art created by Dempsey Keenan that is currently available in Wasted Ink Dempsey has been a creator working with and sharing their art with WIZD for many years. ✨They have interned and helped WIZD grow in many ways! 💜
Dempsey has shared art of all different mediums, anything from amazing vinyl stickers to risograph prints to collage zines with visitors of WIZD. 📚 We just received stock of a bunch of new art this past week! Pictured Items: Lindsey is a creator who was at @phxzinefest this year and sent us home with a really great collection of zines about their personal experiences and art. ✨ We have been enjoying reading about their life and really love the illustrations that accompany each story in each individual zine. 📖 Thanks for sharing your zines with us @lindzenatordraws

Thank you for supporting Wasted Ink in 2024! We've been happily busy providing workshops and programming, and printing and distributing zines in our new studio. Comparing the first two quarters of 2024 to 2023, we have increased our zine programming by 66% and more than doubled our unique participants bringing the total over 1,700. We've continued to steadily increase our zine distribution numbers year-over-year and have so far distributed over 1,600 zines this year. We've more than quadrupled our zine printing in the first six months of 2024 and have printed almost 4,000 zines! We've attended great events like the Northern Arizona Book Festival, Association of Writers and Writers Programs Conference (AWP), Tucson Zine Fest, LA Zine Fest, and the Zine Pavilion at the American Library Association Conference (ALA). Our Fall calendar is filling up with events and activities so be sure to schedule a zine workshop now for Fall and Spring.
