When the pandemic shut down live performances, the monthly storytelling event Bar Flies was out on the street. Instead of hosting shows on Zoom, Bar Flies co-founder Amy Silverman launched a series featuring true stories told with words AND pictures. We presented these online and now they are available in print, as zines. The second in the series is devoted to work by teens, as part of our teen program, Fire Flies. The theme for Illustrated Fire Flies, published in August 2020, is MASK.
