Aviatrix Press

​My artwork and my day job are very intertwined: I run Aviatrix Press and I'm also the Museum Manager at the International Printing Museum. The drawings, images, and writings in my zines are very influenced by my work with museum collections. My current job involves lots of historic printing presses and in the past I've been inspired by natural history specimens, libraries, and works of art.

Under the moniker of Aviatrix Press I create zines and artist books that are filled with fantastical illustrations, adventure stories, and collages of ephemera. My most recent zines include drawings of skull headed monster women, a survey of marbled paper, and watercolor illustrations of imaginary ruins.
