Catholic School Made Me Gay

​I am a Queer Latinx artist who uses writing, poetry, and collage work in zines to talk about themselves. All my zines have revolved around my identity, my experiences. It is therapeutic for me to express myself with zines, but I also love sharing my experience with others who can relate. 

"Catholic School Made Me Gay (and other revelations)" is a zine with poems and writing collections about the impact of catholic school on my identity and mental health. It includes my experiences and critiques on Catholicism; but in a light-hearted way as it is still an important part of identity.

"Confessions From a Queer Romantic" will be a small zine filled with queer love poems. Angsty break-up poems, passionate honeymooning poems, everything from love to loss to lust.

"Poemas in Spanglish" is Spanglish poems about identity, specifically Latinx/Chicano identity but also queerness. Poems about family, ancestry, culture and religion.
