Deathsick

I am Katie, artistically known as 'Deathsick.' I am a pen and digital artist new to making zines. I love the analog process of zine making and the opportunity that zines provide for your voice to be heard. There is a community and power in zines that make them truly unique. 

I have an interactive""Wreck this Journal" style zine, filled with easy projects like cut out dolls, Mad Libs, smash poetry, etc. 

I also have a mini nostalgia zine with pictures of toys, foods, and TV shows from the late 80's/early 90s.

In light of the recent Roe vs Wade overturn, I am working on a zine about my experience as a teen mother in the mid-2000s, with no access to contraceptive aids or education.
