Girls Rock! Phoenix is a nonprofit organization that empowers girls and gender nonconforming kids through music education, creation, and performance. We are seeking volunteers to fill roles in many different capacities, regardless of music experience. We are interested in using this event to recruit volunteers for Girls Rock! Phx in 2023. Our goals are: to develop musical knowledge & ability in girls and gender non-conforming youth. Foster lifelong connections with peers & mentors. Foster Leadership and Communication Skills. Challenge gender norms/stereotypes and inspire intersectional feminism. We have volunteer roles in many different capacities, regardless of music experience.
