I am an Indigenous Two Spirit woman that primarily works in comics, zines and illustrations. I create all of my own work and self publish it as well. I try to create positive, meaningful representation and narratives based on my Indigenous identity, as a way to create media for other Indigenous, LGBTQ people like me. I also enjoy creating, whether it's writing or drawing, and zines/comics combine it in the best way in which I can fully express myself. I am known for interesting characters/stories, striking markmaking and bright colors. I want to create more media as an Indigenous Two Spirit person, of Dine and Annishinabe background, as a way to share my culture and experience with others of various backgrounds. My zines are a great way to convey information, story and art. When people buy my zines they support me and my work.
