Impulses, Urges, Intrusiveness & Ideation explores what it means to have impulsive thoughts slowly morph into darker ideation and what that means in terms of how seriously you should take your own thinking. Jen is a Chicago born Chicana illustrator who's primary focus is on comics and zines. These stories range from ethereal worlds to personal narratives focused on mental health and complex emotions. She hopes to help normalize talking about the more stigmatized parts of mental health through a focus on vulnerability from both the fictional characters as well as her own lived experiences.
