At Illunis Press, I mostly publish tabletop roleplaying games as zines. I enjoy writing games about exploration and discovery.
One of my most recent games (Under Secret Skies) is a full adventure game that fits in a 3 x 3 inch box. The rules and story fit in a pack of micro zines. Players help a small town fend off a group of highwaymen and strange creatures, all while discovering the surrounding valley's arcane secrets.
I also wrote (The Magic Earth) a game about coming up with magical powers in a modern-day world. And last year I put out The Last Space Battle, a sci-fi game about fighting back against a tyrannical empire.
I create all the collage art for my games.
Additionally, I'm working on a podcast about zinesters and collaborative art called Zine It Together. I'm putting this together with Timothea Haider (Little Patch of Hell). We're planning on releasing the show's pilot and its companion zine in the week leading up to Phoenix Zine Fest.
