I run ZuZu Cartoons! I mainly publish comics or prose with illustrations. My topics are super wide-range, and I consider zines a way to get my thoughts or smaller projects out there. I do everything from horror to autobiographical stuff, and most of my work has some metaphor behind it, even if it's a little silly. Morning Routine, my mostly-silent black-and-white piece, has a lot of allegory for anxiety, and I'm planning to release a new zine, My Imaginary Friends Weren't Nice, for PZF :) That one deals with intrusive thoughts. Zoe "ZuZu Cartoons" Sugg (She/Her/?) has been publishing zines since she was a teenager. Creating is an abstract way of approaching one's own identity, so Zoe's made a lot of otherworldly creations that deal with horror, sci-fi and fantasy themes as a way to explore allegories of identity. She's still exploring these things now, as she continues to use art and zines to explore neurodivergence, gender identity, diabetes, and other issues of self. Wasted Ink is her home distro, and she loves meeting new people in the community, so drop her a line @zuzu_cartoons everywhere.
Themes include: Mental Health, Horror, Sci-Fi, Fantasy/RPG Follow ZuZu Cartoons here: Website
